About Me
Anne-Marie Kennedy MA Ed
Hi, I'm Anne-Marie Kennedy!
I am a UK-qualified, former head teacher with over 30 years experience in education.
I have a Master's degree in Curriculum Studies, a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Philosophy and I trained at The Institute of Education, University of London. I am also a member of The Chartered College of Teaching.
For the past 20 years I have taught Maths and English as a private tutor across all key stages. I also work in the Alternative Provision sector teaching and supporting children who have a range of special needs and/or currently out of mainstream education.

I am an experienced and patient teacher who provides a safe and nurturing learning environment in which your child can improve their grades and become a confident, happy, and creative learner.

I work with children from KS2 (including 11+ prep) right up to GCSE, and I especially enjoy working with and supporting children and young people who have an SEND and/or are stuck in lower sets.

I cover National Curriculum learning targets for every key stage.
Fun, interactive resources and activities keep my pupils challenged and on target in the lesson.
