Welcome to Ms Kennedy’s Class. By booking tutoring sessions with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These rules ensure a fair, consistent, and high-quality learning environment for all students.

1. Booking and Payments

To secure a tutoring slot for your child, payments must be settled ahead of the scheduled lesson.

Payment Methods: All fees are processed securely through our online booking platform.
Advance Booking: Sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your child’s place in the class.

2. Attendance and Lateness

We structure our lessons carefully to maximize your child’s learning time.

Punctuality: Please ensure your child arrives or logs on on time. If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Missed Time: We cannot extend lessons or offer partial refunds for time missed due to late arrivals.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that family plans can change. To help us manage our timetable effectively, we ask for reasonable notice.

Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice
Late Cancellations: Lessons canceled with less than the required notice will be charged at the full rate.
Emergency Exceptions: We treat genuine emergencies and unexpected illnesses on a compassionate, case-by-case basis.

4. Student Code of Conduct

We aim to create a positive, focused classroom environment for all KS2, KS3, and GCSE learners.

Behaviour: Students are expected to be respectful, attentive, and ready to learn.
Right to Terminate: In the rare event of persistent disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to end a session early or pause future bookings to protect the learning environment.
